New Bankruptcy Fees to Take Effect June 1, 2014
At its March, 2014 session, the Judicial Conference approved increases to the fees listed in the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. These changes will become effective June 1, 2014. The chart below details the various fee increases:
