Local Rules Project – Request for Public Comment

Public comments are now being accepted for the Draft for Public Comments of the Local Bankruptcy Rules, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada dated 1/1/13. The deadline for submitting comments is September 5, 2014. The Local Rules Subcommittee (the "Committee") will be reviewing submitted comments after this date.
