The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday, October 10 through approximately 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 12. A system upgrade will occur during this time. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 4:55 pm on Friday, October 10.
