Revised Local Bankruptcy Rules – Effective January 1, 2016

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada has revised its Local Bankruptcy Rules. The rules are effective January 1, 2016.

The revised rules will be posted on the court’s website under the Rules & Forms/Local Rules section on January 1, 2016. Portable Document Format (PDF) files of both a redline version of the rules indicating the recent rules revisions, as well as a finalized PDF copy of the rules, are also available on the Local Bankruptcy Rules webpage for download.
