Allows anyone with a touch tone phone to access basic case information free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1-800-294-6920

Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER):

A web based system that allows anyone with internet access and a PACER login to access court records via the Internet. This account is for viewing and printing records only, not for filing documents. https://ecf.nvb.uscourts.gov

U.S. Party Case Index

The Party Case Index is a national index for U.S. district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. It is a part of the pacer system which allows you to conduct nationwide search's for party information. https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov

Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF):

CM/ECF is a web based system that allows for electronic access and filing of documents via the internet. In order to view or file documents you must first obtain a login from the court. Electronic filing of documents is required on or after January 1, 2005.
