Request a Transcript
For Las Vegas and Reno cases, request a paper transcript of a proceeding by following the procedure below.
- Review the Transcript Policy FAQ.
- Complete the appropriate request form:
- For Las Vegas cases: Transcript Order Form (Las Vegas)
- For Reno cases: Transcript Order Form (Reno)
- Make sure the form is signed and dated. (If ordered by a law firm, the attorney must sign.)
- Bring or mail your request to the Clerkâs Office at the applicable location:
