The Court's normal operating hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.

Las Vegas Office
Public Parking
Metered parking is available on nearby streets.
There are two paid parking garages to the north of the Foley Federal Building - Neonopolis Parking Garage (southeast corner of Ogden Avenue and Fourth Street) and Fremont Street Experience Parking Garage (corner of Carson Avenue and Fourth Street). Additional paid parking is also available in other nearby garages and lots.
There is no parking on-site.

Handicapped/Disabled Parking
Vehicles displaying a valid handicap plate/placard may be allowed free parking at on-street parking meters in the city of Las Vegas. Drivers with disabled veteran or prisoner of war license plates, including those from other states, may be exempt from parking (including meter) fees. The closest metered parking to our building is located on Bridger Avenue between 4th Street and 6th Street.
Reno Office
Public Parking
Free parking is available on-site.
Handicapped/Disabled Parking
Handicapped parking is available in the adjacent public parking lot. Parking is free.
Building Admittance
You are required to pass through security checkpoints and provide valid government-issued photo identification for admittance into the building. Members of the public may bring laptops into the courthouse.
No weapons of any kind are permitted (including pocket knives, knitting needles and pepper spray).
Las Vegas Office
Entry is located on the east side of the building on the southwest corner of Bridger and Las Vegas Boulevard.
Handicap/Disabled Entry
A Handicap Access Ramp is located on the east side of the building for the public.
Reno Office
Entry is located on the west side of the building on Booth Street.
