Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER)

A web based system that allows anyone with internet access and a PACER login to access court records via the Internet.  Pacer was introduced in the District of Nevada in 1989.

Pacer (https://ecf.nvb.uscourts.gov) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is no charge for requesting a login, however, there is a charge for downloading (viewing) case information and documents. For detailed information, see links below:

NOTE: It is not necessary to have a login to each district, use the US Party Case Index to search records for all districts.

To request exemption from Pacer fees, see the following: Guidelines | Exemption Motion | Exemption Order
