Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen) is Live!

The District of Nevada Bankruptcy Court has completed the upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF and is now available for use.

• REQUIRED ACTION: Before you can access CM/ECF NextGen, you must link your CM/ECF account to your upgraded PACER account. You must know your current CM/ECF login and password in order to link your accounts for this one-time process.

Note: If you use case upload or case management software, you will need to update your CM/ECF login credentials with your PACER credentials in your software program.
