Live Chat Available

As part of our commitment to meet the needs of the public to provide fast and convenient service, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada is pleased to announce the availability of our online live chat program. Live chat will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST beginning January 23, 2012 (with the exception of federal holidays). With the addition of the live chat program, visitors to the web site may engage in online instant text messaging with a court representative to answer their bankruptcy questions. A graphic icon in the top left corner of the web site home page will allow a user to initiate the live online chat session.

Clerk's office representatives will assist with customer service inquiries for individuals who have questions about the bankruptcy process. Please note the clerk's office is prohibited from giving legal advice.

In addition to the live chat support offering, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada continues to offer support via email through our Help Desk at helpdesk [at] nvb [dot] uscourts [dot] gov and via our Helpdesk phone line at (866) 232-1266.
