Audio Recording of Court Hearing
Digital copies of digital audio recorded court hearings may now be obtained on a compact disc (CD) with the data playable on a computer. Your computer must have a CD drive, a sound card, and Internet access.
When you order a copy of a court record in CD format, you will be provided with instructions on how to download free FTR Gold software from the Internet which will enable your computer to play the digital audio recording of the requested court hearing. FTR Gold is the digital courtroom audio reporting system used by the Court.
Up to eight hours of a hearing held on one date can be provided on one CD. 24-hour processing time is required.
To order hearings for 341 Meetings of Creditors

Fees
$31.00 per CD due upon submission of order

Note: The Clerk's office does not accept cash. Personal checks will not be accepted from debtors or debtors in possession unless their case is closed.
