Digital Audio Recording of Proceeding

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada uses a digital audio recording system for court hearings. Interested parties may obtain recordings of audio hearings for a fee.

When you order a copy of a court record in digital format, you will be provided with instructions on how to download the digital audio recording of the requested court hearing.

Up to eight hours of a hearing held on one date can be provided on one digital file.

Fees

$34.00 per digital file due upon submission of order

Acceptable payment forms:

  • Pay.gov Online Payment
    If paid online, you must include the Pay.gov receipt number and sign the CD order form.
  • Bank cashier's check
  • U.S. Postal money order
  • Personal check made payable to:
    U.S. Bankruptcy Court

Note: The Clerk's office does not accept cash or foreign checks / foreign money orders. Personal checks will not be accepted from debtors or debtors in possession unless their case is closed.
