Local Rules Project – Request for Public Comment

Public comments are now being accepted for the Draft for Public Comments of the Local Bankruptcy Rules, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada dated 11/07/12. The deadline for submitting comments is December 7, 2012. The Local Rules Subcommittee (the "Committee") will be reviewing submitted comments after this date.
