Mortgage Modification Mediation Program – Request for Public Comment

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court is accepting comments from the public regarding the proposed changes to the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program for the District of Nevada. There are significant procedural changes and changes to the forms. Public comments will be accepted through November 16, 2016.
