Accepting Mortgage Modification Mediator Applications

Pursuant to the Court approved Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) Program Procedures, the Clerk will accept applications to be a mediator between now and December 14, 2017.

The requirements for being a mediator are in section XV in the MMM Program Procedures.

Download the Mediator Application (Form NVB 105-1) and file with the Clerk of the Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada by December 14, 2017.
