National Day of Mourning

President Donald Trump has declared Wednesday, December 5, 2018, as a day of mourning for former President George H. W. Bush. The United States Bankruptcy Court will be CLOSED Wednesday, December 5, 2018, in honor of former President Bush.

All court hearings scheduled on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, are cancelled and will be rescheduled. In addition, any 341 meeting of creditors scheduled before the trustee or Office of the U.S. Trustee in a bankruptcy case in this district is also cancelled and will be rescheduled.

The court will resume normal business operations on Thursday, December 6, 2018.
