Proposed Amendments Published for Public Comment

The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Appellate, Bankruptcy, and Civil Rules have proposed amendments to their respective rules, and requested that they be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment.  The public comment period ends February 19, 2020.
