CM/ECF Availability for February 11 and 18

The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable for several days in February due to maintenance updates. Please plan to submit your last transaction by the times indicated below.

  • Tuesday, February 11 beginning at 8:00 p.m. and continuing until approximately 8:15 p.m. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 7:55 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11.
  • Tuesday, February 18 beginning at 6:00 p.m. and continuing until approximately 12:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 19. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18. We will perform maintenance updates to support the Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA) which go into effect February 19, 2020.
