Local Rules – Request for Public Comment

Public comments are now being accepted for the Proposed Redline Local Bankruptcy Rules for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada beginning October 15, 2020 through November 13, 2020. After the finalization of the local rules by the bankruptcy judges, the local rules will be posted to the Court’s website along with an announcement.
