Revised Local Bankruptcy Rules – Effective January 1, 2021

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada has revised its Local Bankruptcy Rules. The rules are effective January 1, 2021.

The revised rules are posted on the court’s website under the Local Rules page. Portable Document Format (PDF) files of both a redline version of the rules indicating the recent rules revisions, as well as a finalized PDF copy of the rules, are available on the Local Bankruptcy Rules webpage for download.
