Clerk’s Reno Intake Office No Longer Accepts Payments

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada no longer accepts any payment of fees submitted to the Clerk’s Reno Intake Office. The Clerk’s Las Vegas Intake Office accepts payments for both Reno and Las Vegas cases. 

Reno case fees may be submitted in the following ways:

  • ONLINE
    Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, audio recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH at https://www.nvb.uscourts.gov/filing/filing-fees/online-payments. Include the case name and case number on the payment.
  • BY MAIL OR IN PERSON
    Payment of court filing fees and installment payments may be paid with a cashier’s check or money order for the exact amount and made payable to: Clerk, US Bankruptcy Court. Cash is not accepted. Include the case name and case number on the payment. Mail payment or bring payment to the following location:

Payment of fees by credit/debit card or personal check is accepted for all payments, with the exception of Debtors, unless their case is closed. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted from debtors but debtors may pay with debit card. Those who are not debtors may pay by check, money order, or credit/debit card.

If you have reviewed the Court’s Fee Schedule and are still uncertain about the total dollar amount for a money order or cashier’s check, you may call ahead to our ECF Help Desk at 866-232-1266 to confirm the total amount that you will need to pay.

If the Court receives a returned item, there will be a $53.00 returned item fee.
