CM/ECF Upgrade and System Downtime

This is a reminder that the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable beginning Friday, May 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. through Sunday, May 7, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 5.

Additionally, attorneys should open and download all documents in their emails from the court before CM/ECF system is taken down on Friday evening. After Friday, the documents will not be available via the Free-Look link and will require you to go through Pacer.
