Possible Federal Shutdown At Midnight 12/20/24

If there is a lapse in federal funding (federal government shutdown) at midnight on December 20, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court will remain open and its ordinary operations will continue. Currently the Court has sufficient funding to maintain its regular operations, including all scheduled hearings, through January 10, 2025. More information will follow as we get closer to January 10th.

Reminder: the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office will be closed December 24-26, 2024 for the Holidays. Pleadings may still be filed using CM/ECF as normal.
