National Day of Mourning

President Joe Biden has declared Thursday, January 9, 2025, as a day of mourning for former President James Earl Carter, Jr. The United States Bankruptcy Court will be CLOSED Thursday, January 9, 2025, in honor of former President Carter.

All court hearings scheduled on Thursday, January 9, 2025, are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

The court will resume normal business operations on Friday, January 10, 2025.
