Section 341 Meetings on January 9, 2025

January 9, 2025 is designated as a National Day of Mourning for former President Carter. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court will be closed on January 9th and all bankruptcy court hearings scheduled for January 9th are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

Chapter 7 & 13 Section 341 Meetings: These meetings are not cancelled and will proceed as scheduled on January 9, 2025.

Chapter 11 Section 341 Meetings: Parties should contact the USTP Trial Attorney as the U.S. Trustee's office will be officially closed on January 9th.
