CM/ECF Upgrade – February 15-17
The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable due to a planned upgrade to CM/ECF Version 1.8.1 beginning Saturday, February 15 at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until approximately 5:00 p.m. on February 17. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 5:55 a.m. on Saturday, February 15.
The following Court systems and applications will not be available during the upgrade:
- CM/ECF
- ePOC
- eFinCert
- PACER (available but no access to Nevada Bankruptcy Court case files)
- VCIS (Voice Case Information System)
- External Court Calendar (https://www.nvb.uscourts.gov/calendars/court-calendars/)
- Interactive Case Filing Statistics (https://ecf.nvb.uscourts.gov/ecfstatsdash/)
This upgrade contains changes to warning messages and report screens. Please see CM/ECF Release 1.7.2 and 1.8.1 Highlights for External Users documentation.
