PACER Maintenance – February 8, 2026

Due to maintenance on Sunday, February 8, 2026 from 3:55 am to 4:00 pm, PACER users and NextGen (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging into PACER. Users may also experience intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
