Please be advised that beginning March 9, 2026, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) will not mail notices to recipient addresses that include the countries on the list shown below; these notices will be bypassed. Bypassed recipients are listed within the bypass section of the Certificate of Notice. This international suppression list is also included on the bnc.uscourts.gov What’s New section. This list is updated periodically. You can also go to https://www.usps.com and select International to view the latest USPS updates.
