CM/ECF Availability and Upgrade – June 18-21

The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable due to the scheduled upgrade of CM/ECF to version 1.9 beginning on Thursday, June 18 at 5:00 p.m. and continuing until approximately Sunday, June 21 at 10:00 p.m. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 4:55 p.m. on Thursday, June 18.
