Notice of Updated Payment Policy Effective August 1, 2026

Effective August 1, 2026, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada has updated its payment policies.

The Clerk’s Office will no longer accept the following:

  • ACH payments (bank account routing) via Pay.gov
  • Credit cards

Approved payment methods now include:

  • Money order (in person/mail)
  • Cashier’s check (in person/mail)
  • Debit card (via Pay.gov)
  • PayPal (via Pay.gov)

Important: Registered CM/ECF e-filers are not affected by this change and may continue using their existing electronic payment options through the CM/ECF system.
