Accessing Files

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada web site is viewable in standard HTML. The site also contains links to files that may require additional software to allow you to view or modify the file.

Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF)

Documents that are in PDF format will be noted with the following icon – PDF Icon. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada website offers various documents and forms in Portable Document Format (PDF).

Adobe Reader is required to view PDF files. It is a free software application that you can use to open, view and print PDF files. However, the software does not permit you to save Adobe PDF forms which have been filled out. The software will save the file as a blank form instead and you will not be able to save the form data.

If you wish to save an Adobe PDF form that you have filled out, you will need the full version of Adobe Acrobat software installed on your computer.
