Audio Recording of Court Hearing
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada uses a digital audio recording system for court hearings. Interested parties may obtain recordings of hearings on a CD for a fee.
When you order a copy of a court record in CD format, you will be provided with instructions on how to download free FTR Gold software from the Internet which will enable your computer to play the digital audio recording of the requested court hearing. FTR Gold is the digital courtroom audio reporting system used by the Court.
Up to eight hours of a hearing held on one date can be provided on one CD. 24-hour processing time is required.

Fees
$34.00 per CD due upon submission of order
Acceptable payment forms:
- Pay.gov Online Payment
If paid online, you must include the Pay.gov receipt number and sign the CD order form. - Bank cashier's check
- U.S. Postal money order
- Personal check made payable to:
U.S. Bankruptcy Court
Note: The Clerk's office does not accept cash or foreign checks / foreign money orders. Personal checks will not be accepted from debtors or debtors in possession unless their case is closed.

The ordering party will be contacted when the CD is ready to be picked up. The ordering party may provide a self-addressed return envelope with proper postage if they would like the CD mailed to them.
