Availability of Online Payments

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada announces online payment options for those not registered in the CM/ECF electronic filing system. Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, audio recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account). Credit card payments are not accepted.

NOTE:This payment option may not be used for Chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee.

Registered users of CM/ECF must continue to submit payment through the CM/ECF system.

Unregistered CM/ECF users may also use this form to pay fees associated with copies of documents. Please call the ECF Help Desk at 866-232-1266 to verify the fee amount for copy requests prior to using the Online Payment form.
