Installment Payment Events in CM/ECF

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada announces the ability for registered users of CM/ECF to pay for Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 13 installment payments within the CM/ECF system. The case must have an existing order GRANTING permission to pay filing fees in installments. 

Transactions will not be considered complete until the actual fee is paid and the receipt verification has been docketed.

There are two events for each chapter available for paying installments online. If you plan on paying for installments 1-3 online, you will need to use the Installment Payment 1-3 event for each one.

Chapter 7

• Installment Payment 1-3 (Ch 7)
• Installment Payment 4 (Ch 7)

Chapter 11

• Installment Payment 1-3 (Ch 11)
• Installment Payment 4 (Ch 11)

Chapter 13

• Installment Payment 1-3 (Ch 13)
• Installment Payment 4 (Ch 13)
